Carolina Sports Clinic now has two locations. Our South Charlotte office is located within the premier Blakeney Professional Complex.
This office is situated south of the I-485 Outer belt. From I-77, take I-485 East to Exit 59 (Rea Road). Make a right (heading South) on Rea Road and travel for approx. 2.7 miles. Make a right hand turn on Ardrey Kell. Take your first left into the complex. The clinic is located to the right.
Our Dilworth location is at 407 East Boulevard. The parking for the East Blvd clinic is located in the back of the building. Our office is located across the street from Paper Skyscraper.
