Carolina Sports Clinic participates in most insurance plans as well as accepts cash payment for our services. 

Please call if problems arise verifying provider status.We will verify all patients’ benefits prior to their first visit and explain all charges.  Please inquire about your insurance information and we will verify within 48 hours.

Location

Carolina Sports Clinic is located within the premier Blakeney Professional Complex.    We are situated south of the I-485 Outer belt.  From I-77, take I-485 East to Exit 59 (Rea Road).  Make a right (heading South) on Rea Road and travel for approx. 2.7 miles. Make a right hand turn on Ardrey Kell.  Take your first left into the complex.  The clinic is located to the right.
