Dr. Bradley Wiest, CSCS

Dr. Bradley Wiest is a recent graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. During his schooling at Palmer, he earned his full body certification in Active Release Technique (ART) as well as Graston Technique, both soft tissue mobilization techniques used on professional athletes in almost all sports. He also completed continuing education in Chiropractic care for golfers and lumbo-pelvic mobilization by the Motion Palpation Institute. Prior to Chiropractic school, Bradley attended Penn State University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) as well as his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This allowed him to work on performance enhancement with athletes on all levels throughout college.

Dr. Wiest's philosophy focuses on injury prevention and performance enhancement through treating the body as a whole and assessing the kinetic chain. He believes that through soft tissue mobilization and proper joint mechanics, a golfer can reach their full potential. In addition, he feels that an individualized strengthening and stretching program is essential to any athlete who wishes to stay injury free, and enjoy the game for a long time.

Dr. Wiest hails from Reading, Pennsylvania and is new to the Charlotte area. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, exercising and many outdoor activities. He and his wife Amie are expecting their first child at the end of May.
